Both health professionals and home economics educators are part of the training programmes on using a balanced diet to prevent chronic diseases like this.
You can also consider taking a multivitamin every day that has calcium as an ingredient. Add more green leafy vegetables, tofu, yoghurt, milk, and cheese to your meals, as well.
Spinal osteoarthritis happens when the cartilage between the spinal bones becomes worn out, usually with age. It’s typically accompanied by a dull or throbbing pain, popping sensations, or a noticeable lessening of movement.
