Cheers to the best highballs in Singapore!

Singaporean highballs often incorporate unique local flavours like calamansi (Southeast Asian citrus), adding a refreshing twist to the classic tippling experience.

We like to serve up (and down) our tall drinks differently in the Lion City. So we’d love to show our favourite highball bars in Singapore with this guide and why you should try them.

At No Sleep Club, the cocktail menu pushes boundaries with experimental ingredients like fermented apples and kelp cognac. As for the “no sleep” part, the eclectic venue also has carefully selected coffee and delicious food to offer.

We like the simple yet unique flavours of its gin and tonic. It features guava and salted plum for a refreshing, slightly sour twist.

Pro-tip: Late nights usually draw in loud and fun crowds, so schedule your visit to the bar if you don’t like noise.

We enjoyed refreshing drinks like the rum coke and Jasmine umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur) highballs. And it may not be much, but we love that our whisky was thoughtfully served with ice balls.
