The Clifford Pier’s restored space highlights its original architectural symmetry, featuring concrete arched trusses, elegant chandeliers, and custom-made lamps. The whole experience is a polished homage to the pier’s heritage as a hawker hub. 

Despite the upscale ambience, the restaurant offers casual fare like chicken rice and laksa. Priced competitively at around S$19, the chicken rice impresses with tender meat and fragrant rice, accompanied by flavourful condiments.

Pro-tip: The Clifford Pier also accepts reservations for wedding receptions.

Summerhouse Beach Club

Summerhouse Beach Club, located at SkyPark Sentosa by AJ Hackett along Siloso Beach, offers a tropical atmosphere with sandy beach seating. Cabanas are also available for seating options. 

Despite a menu primarily featuring burgers and pizzas, the food surpassed expectations. We ordered the signature beef burger and fish and chips, which were notably moist and juicy.

Pro-tip: The club is also dog-friendly!

If you’re dining as a group, we recommend ordering the mixed grill platter which is perfect for sharing among four diners. It features chicken, beef, lamb, and even sausages!

Despite its ample portions, every bite boasts excellent flavour and texture, complemented by sides like tzatziki dip and salad.

Still, the stunning view and gentle sea breeze compensate. And the menu can make up for it.

One standout dish is the Maine scallops featuring large scallops lightly roasted and seasoned. It’s paired with risotto and savoury duck confit that melts in the mouth.
