Dr. Vyas Prasad of Nuffield Medical Orchard provided a friendly welcome during our appointment. As an ENT specialist, we anticipated a comprehensive consultation—and that’s what we received.

The clinic has a solid reputation in the country, so it was expected to find well-maintained equipment and facilities here.

We also inquired about the available payment options and found that many of them, including CHAS, are accepted.

This offers patients increased flexibility when it comes to managing healthcare costs. Dr. Prasad provided us with tips and prescriptions for ear, nose, and throat care, available at a lower price from the clinic’s pharmacy.

In terms of booking an appointment, we anticipated an easy online process, but we encountered some issues. The interface was slow, and we didn’t receive a confirmation until shortly before our appointment.

Upon arriving at the clinic, I was relieved that our online reservation went through, as the lines were quite long. We still had to wait a few minutes before being escorted to Dr. Prasad’s office, but it was manageable.
