5 Best Hot Yoga Studios in Singapore for a Revitalising Workout

Studio heat quality & ventilation - There should be consistent temperature, proper humidity, and clean airflow for safe sweating.

Instructor expertise - Are there certified teachers who can guide form, correct posture, and adjust for different fitness levels?

Class variety and schedule - Are there options like Bikram, hot vinyasa, or hot HIIT offered at convenient times for working adults?

Cleanliness and hygiene - There should be clean mats, regularly sanitised floors, and proper studio odour (no sweaty funk, please!).

I used to think touching my toes was a party trick reserved for bendy people until my hamstrings reminded me that I’m built like an office chair. So I went on a sweaty quest to find the best hot yoga studios in Singapore before my joints reported me to HR.

The hot yoga experience is different from regular yoga classes, as a hotter room means looser muscles and fewer creaks. Here are some studios where you can sweat, stretch, and avoid sounding like a bubble wrap every time you bend!

How much is hot yoga in Singapore?

Hot yoga classes in Singapore vary by studio, but expect to pay around S$40 to S$45 for a single drop-in class, while monthly passes for frequent or unlimited sessions generally range from S$130 to S$200.

1. Sweatbox Yoga

Website

Address: 54 Boat Quay

Contact: +65 6468 0836

Hours: See schedule here

Sweatbox Yoga won me over fast. The heat in their Hot-26 and Hot Hatha/Hot Flow classes hits that sweet spot where muscles stop fighting back and finally decide to cooperate.

Since I work in the Raffles area, it’s ridiculously convenient to slip in after work before another round of emails takes over my night.

The instructors know their stuff and aren’t shy about fixing my posture, which I appreciate, since I’m one stiff forward bend away from injury.

They also offer more than just hot yoga, so on days when I’m feeling ambitious, I brave their inferno Hot Pilates and walk out with a smug, stronger core.

The pricing is pretty standard for hot yoga in Singapore: around S$45 for a single class, but the multi-class packages can soften the blow further. If you plan on sweating here regularly, the block packages make way more sense than buying class by class.

That said, some changing rooms feel basic and could use a little more storage and polish. And with the intense heat and humidity, be ready to sweat like you’re training for the Olympics (not ideal if you have dinner plans later, as I found out!).

Pros

  • Consistently hot rooms are ideal for deeper stretching
  • Convenient location for CBD workers
  • Certified, helpful instructors
  • Unique class variety

Cons

  • Basic changing rooms
  • Extremely intense heat and humidity

Best hot yoga place around the Raffles Place area

Love John’s class! Best hot yoga place around the Raffles Place area, very welcoming and understanding teachers. Skip the other hot studios in the Raffles area (the other one has rude and condescending staff and management) and come here instead for a calm and happy environment.

2. Hot Yoga Studio LAVA @ Great World City

Address: 1 Kim Seng Promenade #02-102/103 Great World City

Contact: +6566361562

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM–9 PM

Saturday to Sunday, 8.30 AM–3.30 PM

I walked into LAVA because I wanted a women-only hot yoga space where I wouldn’t feel self-conscious about dropping into downward dog. I also wanted a judgment-free space where I can simply focus on stretching, sweating, and improving my form.

The heat from their hinoki-wood underfloor heating and warming panels made the room toasty enough to loosen my muscles. I also liked that the lighting and original music helped me drift into a calming flow.

The classes cover a good variety, from gentle flows like Yoga Flow Relax to more dynamic sessions such as Nature Yoga, Anti-Ageing, or Shoulder Yoga. There are also classes aimed at posture, stress relief, and flexibility.

I found the instructors experienced and welcoming, making it easy for first-timers to follow along without feeling overwhelmed.

As for price, a trial class costs just S$20. They also offer a monthly pass of around S$185–S$230, depending on commitment, and even an annual package (S$2,200) for those who truly want to commit.

However, while the women-only setup is great for privacy, it may not suit those who prefer mixed-gender classes or have male partners/friends willing to join.

Pros

  • Women-only environment feels like a safe space
  • Uses hinoki-wood heating
  • Wide range of speciality classes
  • Affordable trial class

Cons

  • Male friends or partners can’t participate
  • Popular sessions fill up quickly

The room is nicely heated throughout the class

I like how the space is more spaced out and smaller (in terms of class size) than YM. Love that it’s a women-only studio and that they provide mat towels and sweat towels as well. Most instructors are pretty nice and will go around correcting posture. The room is nicely heated throughout the class as well.

I enjoy the women-only concept for hot yoga

I enjoy the women-only concept for hot yoga. The room is hot enough to hit the spot, and it feels great to sweat it out every class.

Monday to Friday, 7.30 AM–9.30 PM

Saturday to Sunday, 8 AM–7.30 PM

I finally joined the 10-session pack at Yoga Movement because I was ready for a steady hot yoga routine with flexibility and reach across town. Their Orchard Flagship studio is centrally located, so I can head there after work, and it’s ideal for anyone with unpredictable day jobs.

They run a solid lineup: hot classes like Hot Zen, Hot Basics, and Hot Slow Flow, each with varying intensities, so I can pick when I feel like really sweating or just gently loosening up. The instructors guide the flows well, balancing form correction, breathing cues, and adjustments.

For committed yogis, pricing is reasonable, as a 10-class pack costs around S$290 (or S$29 per class). Their class-pack validity is generous, giving me breathing room to actually finish my sessions.

As for heavy-duty practitioners, there’s an all-access or unlimited-style pass (when available) to make frequent hot yoga more affordable per class.

The only issue is that, since it’s a popular studio, hot yoga classes fill up fast. Early booking is a must if you don’t want to show up and find full (sweaty!) rooms.

Pros

  • Easy after-work location
  • Well-structured hot classes selection
  • Instructors give balanced classes
  • Value for money class packs

Cons

  • Popular time slots fill quickly
  • Heat levels can be very intense

Really impressed with the amenities and overall vibe

Had a great session at Yoga Movement Orchard Flagship! The studio is clean, modern, and well-equipped — really impressed with the amenities and overall vibe. Special thanks to teacher Shi Hui for her clear instructions and calming presence. Will definitely be back!

I like the positive vibes

I am doing the 10-class Hot challenge at Orchard studio. Niko always give ne a warm welcome whenever I arrive at the studio. I like the positive vibes sent to me, and he will do things proactively. It makes the whole experience really wonderful. Personally, I feel that 90% of how the place welcomes a customer has far greater impact than other factors.

4. Vyasa Yoga Singapore

Website

Address: 60 Tessensohn Rd, #03-05

Contact: +6596262425

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM–8 PM

Saturday to Sunday, 9 AM–6 PM

I joined Vyasa Yoga primarily because I was hoping for more than just sweating it out. I wanted to be part of a community that supports growth, healing, and steady yoga commitment.

Their studios bring together people at different levels: beginners, regulars, and even those into teaching. It made each class feel like I was part of something bigger.

Classes here go beyond basic flow; you get Asanas, pranayama, yoga therapy, and even deeper practices rooted in traditional (yet scientific) yoga philosophy.

Their instructors are trained under the umbrella of S-VYASA University, so you can also sign up for therapy courses if you want to go all-in on the yoga lifestyle.

I like the options for pricing. I can take a single walk-in class, join multi-class packs, or opt for structured courses, depending on my current mood and frame of mind. The packages, of course, offer better economic value and consistency.

Over time, I found my posture improving and stress levels dropping, thanks to classes designed not just for fitness, but for balance, breathing, and well-being. The studio vibe feels grounded and calming, too.

That said, because Vyasa aims for depth and authenticity, it may feel a bit serious or formal compared with more casual “fitness yoga” studios.

Pros

  • Strong sense of community among students and teachers
  • Offers deep, holistic yoga
  • Instructors are trained under a renowned yoga university
  • Flexible pricing and class structures

Cons

  • Studio feels more serious and formal
  • Focus is more on alignment, not sweating it out

He tailors the lessons to my level

I have been having 1-on-1 yoga sessions with Master RP for about 2 months, and it has been a great experience. Master RP is very experienced, patient and clear with his instructions. I have no prior experience with yoga and am not at all flexible. He tailors the lessons to my level and will physically help me adjust my posture to make sure that I get it right. He also pushed me to perform the various poses, but not so much that it caused me discomfort. Would definitely recommend Master RP.

The supportive community allowed me to make new friends

This yoga school provides a positive, welcoming environment that makes it easy to relax and grow. The supportive community allowed me to make new friends, and the opportunity to take classes with different instructors and at various setups has enriched my practice. It’s a great place to learn, connect, and thrive.

Sunday, 7.30 AM–4 PM

To be perfectly frank, I was reeled in by Yoga Sadhana’s “2 classes for S$10” trial deal. I wanted to see if the vibe and classes fit my wellness rhythm, and the calm, low-pressure studio near the Outram Park MRT already felt like a good starting point.

The studio’s small-group classes made me appreciate the personal attention from the instructors, which helped me ease into the sessions without feeling overwhelmed.

Offerings include hot yoga, classic Hatha, restorative Yoga Therapy, and core and strength sessions for those days you want to go beyond stretching.

I found the instructors patient and experienced, guiding poses, breathwork, and alignment for beginners and those getting back to yoga. And the price can’t be beat: S$10 is a solid, risk-free way to test the waters at this studio.

However, because sessions are small and popular, class slots can fill up quickly, so you’ll need to book ahead or risk missing your preferred time.

Moreover, while hot yoga is available, the studio’s focus is primarily on gentle Hatha, core-strength, and restorative styles.

Pros

  • Affordable, low-risk trial class price
  • Wide class variety
  • Small-group classes for better focus
  • Flexible pricing/packages

Cons

  • Slots can fill up fast
  • Classes aren’t primarily hot yoga-focused

The studio has a nice vibe and is super convenient

Tr Tiffany is an experienced and professional yoga teacher. She provides detailed explanations on which parts of the body to focus on and engage during practice. Her adjustments to students are superb. The studio has a nice vibe and is super convenient – just a few minutes’ walk from Outram MRT.
