Trail Etiquette and Safety Tips
✔ Stick to the trail – Stay on designated paths to protect nature and avoid getting lost. Venturing off-trail can harm the environment and disrupt wildlife.
✔ Keep left and be alert – Follow the “keep left” rule and stay aware of faster trail users like cyclists. Signal when overtaking and be cautious at crossings.
✔ Pack light and leave no trace – Carry essentials like water and snacks but avoid overpacking. Always dispose of trash properly or bring it home with you.
✔ Respect wildlife – Observe animals from a distance without feeding or disturbing them. Keep noise to a minimum to protect the natural habitat.
✔ Hydrate and take breaks – Bring enough water to stay hydrated and rest in shaded areas when needed. Avoid pushing yourself too hard, especially in the heat.
✔ Be prepared for weather changes – Carry a poncho or umbrella and wear sunscreen. Check the weather forecast so you won’t get drenched (either in sweat or a downpour).

If you’re eating at Grub, you’ve got to try the chilli crab pasta. It’s a winner! The sauce nails that classic chilli crab flavour with egg bits mixed in, and the balance of spice and subtle sweetness is just amazing.
