The best prenatal massage therapists in Singapore can soothe pregnancy aches safely!

Experience: Our chosen therapists have at least 5 years of real-world experience in prenatal massages. We analysed relevant profiles, CVs, registries, and company files to validate that.

Qualifications: Documents, memberships, and directories allowed us to pick therapists who hold basic certifications/licences and have undergone specialised training in prenatal massage, all while keeping up with the latest developments.

Inclusivity: The team referenced directories, feedback, interviews, case studies, and forums to choose therapists with a clear understanding of diverse family structures, cultural backgrounds, and life circumstances (like stressors and complications).

Adaptability: Using the same sources, we selected therapists who can adjust their evidence-based treatments to the rapidly changing needs of both pregnancy and postpartum periods.

Pricing: Cost-effectiveness was determined, considering the service outcomes like the overall physical and mental benefits the clients received.

Factors such as trial lessons, discounts, and proximity to Singapore’s averages were also considered.

Pregnancy takes a toll on you in a lot of ways, as I discussed in this guide for expecting moms. The physical strain and hormonal rollercoaster alone can leave you dealing with sore backs, heavy legs, sleepless nights, and mental fog.

There is, however, a science-backed method that can ease the aches of carrying a bump, and that’s prenatal massages. If given by a true professional, it can even support labour outcomes and confidence!

You can’t just book anyone, though. In my case, I opted for highly seasoned and qualified therapists who understand pregnancy and the female anatomy inside out. I listed some of the best ones I know below!

Besides massages, some yoga studios also offer prenatal yoga that can provide further relief.

How much do prenatal massages cost in Singapore?

In Singapore, most 60–90-minute prenatal massages cost between S$100 and S$190. The price usually depends on the location, the therapist’s experience, and the session’s length.

Staffed by over 70 therapists, Post Natal Massage Singapore (PNSG) is no small brand.

Lots of publications and bodies swear by this entry. Mummys Market, TheAsianParent, and Parents World, for instance, have rated their pregnancy services well.

We’re not shocked, honestly. Only certified pros trained in a dedicated in-house centre enter their workforce.

And they’re a mobile bunch, saving clients from the fatigue and hassle of travelling.

The mums we chatted with, mostly expectant ones, also had praise for their gentle methods. Constant pressure adjustment and check-ins seem to be the norm, with mothers “feeling lighter and relaxed” as the usual result.

Too bad you can’t schedule weekend or holiday bookings, though. Only the helpline is available daily.

No promises on getting the therapist you fancy either. PNSG typically sends out the closest one to a client’s location.

Pros

  • Open since 2014
  • Mobile services
  • Offers trial sessions
  • Strong industry rep
  • Also provides postnatal massage

Cons

  • No weekend services
  • No certainty on who you’ll get

Incredibly Gentle

I had my postnatal massage sessions with Aidah, and I’m so grateful to have met her. She is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and attentive, exactly what a new mom needs. Every session left me feeling lighter, more relaxed, and so much more supported. She checked in constantly to make sure I was comfortable and tailored each massage to how my body was healing. I could feel the difference right away. Aidah truly has a gift, and I can’t recommend her enough to any mum looking for real relief and care during recovery.

I felt much lighter

I’m very thankful for the masseur (ID M122)’s care and professionalism during my postnatal recovery. Her massage sessions were not only relaxing but also effective in easing muscle tension, reducing water retention, and supporting overall healing after delivery.

She is gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable, always checking in on my comfort and tailoring the massage to my needs. I felt much lighter, more relaxed, and noticed an improvement in my body’s recovery after each session. Her dedication and genuine care made the experience very reassuring. I would highly recommend her to any new mother looking for effective and supportive postnatal massage therapy.

Proper caring and gentle is how most mums described Pamper Me Jamu Wellness’ WSQ-certified team. When asked about recos, names such as Joy, Norizah, Nabilah and Haslinda were mentioned.

We also appreciate the mobile-first approach. Your only job is to prep towels (for hygiene reasons), as it’s the therapists who’ll bring the mattress protector to your home.

In terms of products, they use pure and natural oils like Bali-imported virgin coconut oil. That means the massage comes with special perks, such as skin hydration and anti-ageing.

Unfortunately, weekend or holiday slots aren’t available.

A deposit is required as well, so make sure your account has S$128 (3 sessions) or S$138 (5 sessions) ready to go.

On a positive note, both rates are pretty reasonable by Singapore standards. You don’t even have to pay an extra transport fee, unless you’re in Sentosa, of course.

Pros

  • Open since 2019
  • Mobile services
  • Reasonable pricing
  • Uses pure and natural oils
  • No transport fees (save for Sentosa residents)

Cons

  • Requires a deposit
  • No weekend or holiday appointments

Very Professional

I had my postnatal massage with Haslinda, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. She is very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout each session. Haslinda really knows how to make new mothers feel comfortable and cared for — her techniques helped relieve my body aches, reduce swelling, and improve my overall recovery. I could feel a real difference after every session — both physically and emotionally. She’s punctual, respectful, and ensures the environment is relaxing and clean. I truly appreciate her skill and warm personality. Highly recommend Haslinda (T039) to any new mum looking for effective and nurturing postnatal care.

Contact Details: +65 6456 6556

Operating Hours:

  • Fri to Sun – 11 am to 8 pm

Website

The Singapore Tourism Board handed Aramsa – The Garden Spa their Best Spa Experience Award in 2006, the very year this entrant opened.

Where they stand out is tranquillity; mums get to relax in a garden-inspired and resort-style sanctuary sans the long travel. This space is only 20 minutes from the Singapore CBD, after all.

It’s also a holistic pampering destination. Beyond prenatal massage, you can pop in for a bit of yoga, a mani, or a hairdo.

An obvious snag is the lack of mobile options. While a short hop, it can still be tiring for some mums.

Aramsa’s pricing is a touch heavier than most too. Last we checked, the damage for a 60-minute session is around S$198.

One way around that is to grab the promotions when they’re on, mainly the cheaper weekday deals or the group packages.

Pros

  • Open since 2006
  • Awarded
  • Set in a sanctuary-like space
  • Has weekend services
  • Offers discounts

Cons

  • Not mobile
  • Can be pricey

Very Welcoming

Operating Hours:

  • Sat – 10 am to 6 pm

Website

Dozing off mid-massage at Beauty Mums & Babies (BMB) isn’t unusual. Nearly every mum we messaged was lulled to sleep and woke up feeling lighter.

Much of the credit goes to their WSQ-certified therapists, all of whom are trained to deliver pregnancy-safe and science-backed treatments.

We’ll give props to their system as well. Before you lie down on cosy pillows, consultants will ask about crucial details, such as your concerns, medical history, and pregnancy stage, all without hardselling.

One catch is that you must pop by the centre, which is a 15-minute drive from Downtown Singapore.

Not having Sunday operations might also be a bump for busier mums.

BMB’s free 30-minute trial for prenatal massage certainly isn’t a hitch, though. Word is, it’s as good as the paid sessions.

Can’t forget about their well-rounded service list either. Postnatal care, baby massages, lactation massages, facials, and slimming solutions are offered under one roof.

Pros

  • Open since 2009
  • Offers free trials
  • Comprehensive care
  • Hospital partnerships
  • Has courses for new mums

Cons

  • No mobile services
  • No Sunday hours

The atmosphere was calming

One of the best relaxing massages I have ever tried. Margie was my therapist, and she handled me well. She used just the right amount of pressure and focused on the areas where I needed it most. The atmosphere was calming, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. I would highly recommend Margie to anyone looking for a truly relaxing experience.

Soothing

I was served by Ivy and Sarah was my therapist. Tried the 30mins leg revival massage offered to Mt Alvernia Ladies. Ivy was really friendly and helpful. The massage was soothing too! Thank you!

5. Madam Partum by Chien Chi Tow

Address: 192-196 Tanjong Katong Rd

Contact Details: +65 6663 3933

Operating Hours:

  • Mon to Thu, Fri – 10 am to 10 pm
  • Sat to Sun – 10 am to 6 pm

Website

If this list were ranked based on longevity, Madam Partum by Chien Chi Tow would top it. You’re looking at a 1980-founded postnatal and prenatal care provider.

Better yet, their WSQ- and Therapy Examination Council-certified therapists are intensively trained for 350-plus hours.

Convenience is another reason our crew favoured them. Six outlets are open islandwide, and you can book in-home services.

By services, we’re also talking about offerings such as lactation and pediatric massages, as well as facials, preconception care, and consults.

Madam Partum’s rates are decent as well. A 60-minute session comes in at S$100, while 90 minutes cost S$150, both Singapore-friendly.

The downside is that CBD and Sentosa mums pay S$50 and S$70 more, respectively, for mobile services.

A few scheduling hiccups have also been noted, primarily sessions not getting honoured, payment disputes, and delays due to therapist unavailability.

Pros

  • Open since 1980
  • Reasonable pricing
  • Intensively trained therapists
  • Comprehensive care
  • Mobile services

Cons

  • Charges transport fees
  • Occasional booking errors

39 weeks pregnant and very satisfied with my masseuse Wan Si. She is very experienced and massage is very comfortable. Will recommend to come. They do massage for your husband too under Chien Chi Tow. 🙂

Wonderful and Comforting Experience

Guoju is my trusted masseuse, and I truly appreciate her. She has an incredible ability to find and relieve every area of tension, and each massage leaves me feeling refreshed, relaxed, and deeply cared for.
