My car has become a fixture of many car detailing spots in Singapore because it’s like a smorgasbord for dust particles. After trying too many mediocre washes, I finally found the ones worth the queue.
These top car wash places in Singapore don’t just rinse and go. They scrub, buff, and make my ride look like it belongs to someone far more responsible!

In the Lion City, a quick basic car wash typically costs around S$9 to S$15 at automated or express outlets.
For more detailed car washes, including vacuuming, foam, and rims, expect to pay around S$15.90 and up.

When I realised that my ride looked underdressed for a formal gala my wife and I will be attending, I headed straight to Carpow for their “Kilat” package, which included a body foam wash plus interior wipedown, along with tyre shine, leather cleaning, vacuum, ceramic sealant, and rims cleaning.
I admit to being initially drawn in by their S$3 off for my first visit promo, but the fact that they ticked off all my boxes for a thorough car clean made me an impressed new customer. Even my wife was delighted about how clean the upholstery looked, felt, and smelled.
I found their speed versus quality balance solid, too. I got in just after noon, and my car was already feeling and looking event-ready a little over an hour after.
For after-care, the ceramic sealant included in the Kilat package gave me peace of mind for the next rainy or dusty drive.
There was transparent pricing, with basic exterior foam wash plus tyre shine starting at S$8 to S$10, and higher-tier services going up to S$30 for smaller cars like mine.
However, the queue during peak times (noon to 3 PM) can get long because the shop accepts walk-ins only, as there’s no appointment system. Also, parking fees at the carpark where Carpow is located are separate and can add cost.

Overall, a dependable place for a proper wash

My little boy and I dropped by Wash Collective for a mid-week wash before his school event, and the comfy waiting area saved our day from boredom. There was a sofa, magazines, and a screen playing cartoons that kept my son entertained.
Meanwhile, the team took care of the foam wash, tyre shine, and interior vacuuming, so my car wasn’t embarrassingly dirty for the school’s fundraiser. They got into the nooks and crannies, so there were no hidden dust bunnies and potato chip crumbs left.
I liked the shop’s “fresh cloth every wash” promise to avoid cross-car lint and tracking. I still have to check out the grooming bundles and disinfection packages, but I like what my car has so far.
There was a two-car queue when we got in, but we were in and done in an hour before my kid had time to whine about being bored. Plus, the shine held for the next rainy spell.
That said, if many bookings hit at once, you might experience a bit of a wait. Moreover, its location isn’t the most central if you’re in town.

Feels more like a hotel lobby than a typical car wash
Tried this car wash for the first time — really impressed. The wash was super clean, no spots at all. For EVs, they even offer free AC charging while doing dry services like vacuuming. The place is nicely done up with an aircon lounge, kids’ ball pit and slide, plus a bar, table work area for adults. They also sell ice cream. Feels more like a hotel lobby than a typical car wash. When our team car came back from an office outing looking like it had tried off-roading in the heartlands, I brought it over to Boons’ Car Wash straightaway. Thankfully, they delivered a full wash, including tyre scrub and rim cleaning, with no skipped corners!
Their attention to cleaning the wheels and mud-splattered zones proved they can handle post-outing horror cars just as well as showroom ones. As for after-care, thoughtful premium services like coating and polishing are also on the menu.
The service itself was speedy as well as thorough, so we got our company vehicle in just a little over an hour, all squeaky clean and shiny.
The hand-wash packages start at S$25 for full service, which we found reasonable given all the muck they had to deal with.
Do note that it’s not the cheapest when it comes to a quick rinse, though. Moreover, the Sin Ming Lane location isn’t super convenient if you’re parked elsewhere in town.

After a busy week of carpooling duty, my wife pulled the minivan into the garage, and I opened the door to find soggy wrappers, back-seat crumbs, and muddy footprints. Good thing Dr Polish & Car Wash stepped in and gave the whole rig a proper morning-after cleaning.
Their package handled the exterior foam wash, full vacuum, glass sealant, and tyre/rim cleanup. It’s exactly what our post-kid-haul vehicle needed!
They got deep into the cabin corners, cleaned the dashboard, applied the glass sealant (to prevent sticky handprints), and even polished the wheels so the van looked family-friendly once more. This all-in service had the vehicle ready in under an hour, too.
The wash plus vacuum plus glass sealant service starts from S$25 for simpler jobs, but the price can go up to S$65 for the full-groom, all-in bundle. It’s not the cheapest, but we loved how the van looked sharp and gleaming (and smelling nice) afterwards.
That said, it isn’t the most budget-friendly car wash option out there, especially if you’re going to have it every week. Also, the Ang Mo Kio location might be a little out of the way if you’re parked in the CBD or the east side.

I was lucky that Cleanic Detailing could handle emergency cases like mine 24 hours a day and managed to get to our office car park for it.
They showed up at 2 AM and handled water extraction and full interior steam-cleaning before my car ended up smelling musty.
There was no driving to a workshop in an insane storm. They came to me instead, and for that, I give this shop two thumbs up.
They went deep on thoroughness, too: steam-cleaning upholstery, vents, carpets, and wiping down the wet leather upholstery so my ride won’t feel like a damp, depressing commute.
The job was done in under two hours, so I had time to get home and catch up on much-needed sleep.
There are clear price tiers on packages like Signature Dry Steam (from S$148) and a pest-fumigation combo service, which is a bonus if you’ve had longer water seepage or damp parking conditions.
However, because the service is mobile and emergency-ready, bookings late at night may come with higher premiums or limited availability for larger vehicles.
Also, the exterior wash aspect isn’t the highlight here; for a full shine, you’ll likely need a second stop.
