Kam’s Roast in Jewel Changi has a variety of siu mei (roasted meat) dishes, including roasted chicken, duck, and pork served in platters, as a whole, or with rice. If you’re with a group, their signature Pipa duck is a popular choice for its extra crispiness.

Another must-try is the Iberico char siu, a dish made up of tender slices of Iberico pork glazed with sweet char siu sauce (a sweet and salty sauce made from honey, soybean, paste, and other ingredients).

You can taste delicious food from Southwest China at Yun Nans in Jewel Changi Airport. It’s the biggest food and beverage chain in Yunnan, China with over 150 restaurants in the said country. 

This one in Jewel Changi Airport is their first outlet outside of China. They specialize in highlands cuisine and use fresh ingredients from the province. 

One of their top dishes is the steamed pot chicken soup, which has chicken, vegetables, rice noodles, and egg in a vinegary sauce. Another favorite is the beef stew in a copper pot, which is a spicy soup with tender beef and lots of chili.

Pro tip: For a more exclusive dining experience, Yun Nans has one private room with a 10-pax seating capacity.
