5 Best Window Washers in Singapore for Streak-Free Views

Training, experience, and safety standards - We looked for proper training, insurance, safe work practices, and a team that knows how to handle condos, landed homes, offices, and high-rise jobs.

Range and quality of services - A good provider should cover residential, commercial, and speciality window cleaning, with solid methods for streak-free results, eco-friendly products, and add-ons like glass treatments.

Clear pricing and flexible scheduling - We want transparent rates, no muddy service terms, and options for one-time, recurring, or urgent cleaning jobs.

Reputation, communication, and local know-how - Strong reviews, responsive customer service, and experience with Singapore’s different property types and neighbourhoods matter a lot.

Good windows made possible by great window contractors in Singapore don’t come cheap, so I’m not about to let grime, hard water stains, and sloppy cleaning shorten their lifespan. I recommend bringing in the pros to maintain it properly.

Luckily, the best window washers in Singapore do more than make panes look nice; they clean safely, work efficiently, and help protect everything from condo glass to shopfront panels and high-rise windows.

Let’s take a crystal clear look at the ones worth booking.

How much does a window washer in Singapore charge?

In the Lion City, a professional window washer usually charges around S$80 to S$140 for HDB flats, and S$100 to S$180 for condos. Landed homes often cost more, usually around S$200 to S$400, depending on size and access.

Some companies also charge per pane, often around S$8 to S$15 for exterior windows. Extras like tracks, grilles, or high-rise access can push the price up, so trickier jobs are usually quoted separately.

Sureclean got on my Mum’s spring-cleaning shortlist because it’s not just about a quick wipe and calling it a day. They handle interior and exterior window cleaning for HDBs, condos, and landed homes, with safety-trained and insured cleaners.

Mum likes that they think beyond the glass itself. Sureclean offers add-ons like frames, tracks, sills, and window grille cleaning, so she wouldn’t need to book one team for the panes and another for the annoying dusty edges.

Pricing isn’t bargain-bin cheap, but it reads fair for a more professional setup. Spring cleaning (which includes window washing) starts at S$280 for a studio, around S$230 for a 3-room, S$380 for a 4-room, and S$440 for a 5-room.

To take the sting off a bit, first-time customers can get 10% off the first cleaning session. It looks best for busy homeowners who want a reliable, full-service crew, especially if you also want to bundle window washing with a bigger home clean.

The catch is that it’s not the pick for people hunting for ultra-cheap standalone window washing. External cleaning is also generally handled up to the 3rd floor with ground-level access, so that some homes may need a more specialised setup.

Pros

  • More complete window-cleaning job
  • Published starting prices by home type
  • 10% off the first cleaning session
  • Handy for bundling window cleaning with deep/regular cleaning

Cons

  • Not ideal for one-off glass-only jobs
  • Not the cheapest option

Happy that my windows and fans are squeaky clean

The team did a very good job. One of the bro went an extra mile to remove my lower balcony window to clean it. At first, he said, because he got a bar outside, very hard to clean. But after that, he managed to remove it, simply saying “top clean, bottom not clean, not nice”, and went ahead to clean it. Can tell he takes things very seriously when it comes to cleaning. The ladies, too, ensured that everything was properly cleaned. Happy that my windows and fans are squeaky clean as per what I want. The house feels very fresh after the cleaning. Recommended!

Would highly recommend getting their services

Did a post-reno cleaning today with the team. Kiki and team did a great job of cleaning the place and tried their best to remove all the stains that I pointed out. Would highly recommend getting their services. Thank you so much.

Total Cleanz caught my eye because I needed hard water stains gone, not just the usual damp-cloth optimism. They specifically list hard water stain removal as an add-on, and cover residential, commercial, and high-rise window cleaning, so it’s not just a basic wipe-down.

Their setup feels solid behind their service. They highlight eco-friendly solutions, trained staff, work-at-height certification for jobs above 2m, and being fully insured. It’s exactly what I want when someone is handling glass that’s expensive to replace.

Their professional window cleaning starts at around S$250, with transparent quotes and no hidden fees. They also mentioned that customers can reach out for discounts on multiple services or regular cleanings (definitely doing this!).

I think they would be a good fit for homeowners or businesses that want a fuller maintenance job in one booking. Aside from simple glass cleaning, they can do frames and tracks for commercial jobs, plus extras like light fixtures and dusting.

The downside is that the promo details aren’t upfront, so you’ll need to enquire instead of seeing a full menu of neat discounts online.

Pros

  • Offers hard water stain removal
  • Covers a wide mix of jobs
  • Insured, trained, eco-friendly setup
  • First-time customer discount

Cons

  • No upfront pricing menu on the website
  • Broad service menu = non-specialised glass-only cleaning

The job was done within 4 hours

This is my 2nd time engaging their cleaning service. Doris and Peggy were very prompt in arranging appointments, which was so smooth and impressive. Greatly appreciated the hard work of the 3 staff who cleaned the windows and did general cleaning. Staff Win and Xinzhi were both meticulous and efficient, as usual. Arrived punctually, and the job was done within 4 hours. Thank you for making my home spick and span for CNY. Will recommend and definitely use them again.

The team did an excellent job on my windows, inside and outside

The Total Cleanz team did an excellent job on my windows, inside and outside. They were polite, professional and very helpful in addition to being pleasant. I would recommend them. They turned up on time, were thorough and were careful to tidy up behind themselves properly and ensure furniture was put back exactly where it was moved from.

3. Super Butler

Super Butler makes sense for neighbours like mine who only have four hours of the week free and can’t afford to have window cleaning turn into an all-day saga.

Their 4-hour window cleaning service costs just S$108. My neighbour is pleased that, even on a budget, she can still have proper glass cleaning from a professional team.

Another thing that sold her was the convenience of it all. They provide the cleaning equipment, and can finish several rooms (all nooks and crannies, plus windows) in 4 hours, with time left for extra tasks!

The published rates run from S$65 for 2 hours, S$87 for 3 hours, S$108 for 4 hours, and S$125 for 5 hours for regular cleaning. These rates suit busy homeowners on a budget who want a cleaner that can tackle windows as part of a broad spring cleaning.

Along with other useful services like adhoc, weekly, bi-weekly, spring, move-in/move-out, mattress, and general cleaning with equipment, the booking can cover more than one headache at once.

The trade-off is that, while the bundled style is great for practical households, people who want a highly specialised glass-restoration service may find the offering less niche.

Pros

  • Upfront service pricing available online
  • Affordable, 4-hour window cleaning service
  • Quick, fixed-time bookings
  • Also does spring and move-in/move-out cleaning

Cons

  • Not a lot of flexibility for bigger window jobs
  • No clear promo/discount listed specifically for window cleaning

Very satisfied with Super Butler

Engaged Super Butler for the first time for the cleaning of all windows and mirrors. The lady, Jenny, did a fantastic job, and she took the initiative to help clean all my fans, too. She is very hardworking and does her job professionally. Very satisfied with Super Butler’s excellent service too.

They’ve done a great job cleaning all the windows in our house

We have contacted Super Butler for basic window cleaning of the 4 Room house windows. They brought your own equipment, magic cleaner, water pail, and cloths to clean the windows. The price quoted by them is reasonable compared to other companies. Jaspreet and Yati have done a great job cleaning all the windows in our house. We highly recommend contacting Super Butler for cleaning services.

4. Doctor Clean Singapore

My friend is a landlord who isn’t looking for a cute little wipe-down before handover. For him, Doctor Clean felt like a proper tenancy-cleaning crew, with at least 2 cleaners, equipment fully provided, and a service built around move-in/move-out standards.

He liked how they ran the job with a bit more discipline than the usual wipe-down-and-done approach. They use HEPA vacuums, industrial-grade machines, organic cleaners, and a strict quality checklist, which pleased his landlord’s heart.

Price-wise, it’s more of a quote-first service than a fixed, bargain menu, which makes the company better suited to landlords or tenants who want window cleaning folded into a larger handover clean.

They do publish estimated cleaning times, which is helpful: 4 hours for 400 to 550 sqft, 4.5 hours for 600 to 800 sqft, 5 hours for 850 to 1200 sqft, 6 hours for 1250 to 1500 sqft. There’s an extra S$500 for the night slot.

The catch is that Doctor Clean doesn’t publicly list a standalone window-cleaning price, so budget shoppers may find the lack of upfront window-specific rates a bit of a hassle.

Pros

  • Built with tenancy handovers in mind
  • Minimum of 2 cleaners with equipment provided
  • Before-and-after walkthrough plus checklist system
  • Practical handover add-ons like painting, disinfection, etc.

Cons

  • No public standalone window-cleaning price
  • Customers need to be around for the final checklist walkthrough

They came within the timing and communicated well

Kumar and her team were so professional and helpful in their services. They came within the timing and communicated well in terms of timing, etc. The transformation of our extremely dusty and dirty house after renovation, to a sparkling clean place for us. Really appreciated all your hard work. Thanks again for your services!

Everything was spotless, well-organised, and smelled fresh

Kumari and the cleaning team did an excellent job. Everything was spotless, well-organised, and smelled fresh. They were punctual, professional, and paid great attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them.

5. KMAC Cleaning

KMAC is the sort of company my office likes because it can handle the boring but necessary stuff without drama. They’ve been around since 2010, do office cleaning plus window cleaning, and position themselves as a customised commercial cleaning provider rather than a one-trick glass crew.

What works for us is that they already understand the rhythm of office maintenance. KMAC does custom cleaning plans, has in-house trained cleaners, uses eco-friendly products, and even offers a S$1,000,000 insurance coverage!

Their broader rates look fair, too. Commercial cleaning starts at around S$300 per job, so for an office like ours already using them for routine cleaning, adding windows feels practical rather than an indulgence or excessive.

I would say KMAC suits offices, MCSTs, and commercial clients that want one reliable vendor covering more than just glass. Aircon servicing, upholstery cleaning, disinfection, deep floor cleaning, and others are just some of the services we’ve tried with them.

That said, there are currently no window-specific promos being offered, so you may want to reach out directly if you’re hoping to get a few dollars shaved off that particular service.

Pros

  • Strong fit for offices and commercial spaces
  • Offers custom cleaning plans
  • Backed by a S$1M insurance coverage
  • Live chat and 24-hour email response

Cons

  • Leans heavily into commercial and detailed cleaning rates, not window cleaning
  • May be less ideal for tiny one-off home window jobs

Price is competitive and reasonable

Great Service provided by them. Engaged them for professional deep cleaning for post-renovation and before CNY. Price is competitive and reasonable. Han and team were very detailed and responsible in the overall service. They also inform us when defects are spotted. Appreciate their professionalism!

Responsive and friendly customer service

Love the KMAC cleaning team! Responsive and friendly customer service, prompt cleaning team, making a post-reno dusty and greasy 10-year-old unit into a ready-move-in condition in less than 4 hours.. super amazing.. Highly recommended for post-renovation.
