It’s evident in their product range. Water softeners aside, you can score boilers, spare parts, dispensers, and HEPA air filters here, saving you the hassle of running around multiple shops for a complete setup.
Another standout bit is their use of UV sterilisation, which neutralises water microorganisms and impurities that physical filtration may overlook.
From a standards perspective, the goods hold up well, primarily since they’re sourced from South Korea, Japan, and the US. Halal and SGS certifications add more credibility.
Surprisingly, prices are still reasonable, especially once you factor in the discounts and free delivery and installation support.
The only issues worth noting are potential installation wait times and some of the dispensers not reaching higher temperatures, a problem rarely found in these A-tier water heaters.

If you’ve been to Futur Living’s showroom before, you know the supplier is true to its name. Their water systems are minimalist in design and size, ditching bulky compressors for sleek semiconductors.
Summing it up best is the LUMIPURE range. It comes with upgrades such as self-charging filters, water usage trackers, UV sterilisation, and anti-burn locking systems.
What’s really worth noting, though, is the 8-stage process that softens water, removes pathogens as small as 0.001 microns, like norovirus, and adds fibre to improve digestion.
Price-wise, we’d say it’s higher but reasonable, particularly since the costs include extendable lifetime warranties and free installation. Repeat clients even nab exclusive discounts via the rewards program.
The actual downside is Futur Living’s history of shipment delays. For some customers, delivery extended past the 3-month mark.
After-sales response times could also be improved. Their helpline and online chat support have been hard to reach before.

Have been walk Pass many brand and happen to come across futur living and served by xavier. I have a good experience with Xavier as he is knowledgeable and able to answer all my inquiry without delay, he show great customer support and not hard sell. He will ask your needs and requirements before offering the model that suit you. For me I end up with lumipure in term of size, performance, functionality and overall specifications throughout all the other brand. I believe without the help xavier I will be still wondering around and not able to frim which model to go with. I highly recommend to pay a visit to the showroom or roadshow and have a chat with him.
