I did the signature scalp therapy today with Ploy, scalp therapist. The overall experience was excellent. First there was a hair scan to show existing issues (mine was oil clogs). Then I was brought to a private room for treatment. Ms Ploy explained the different steps of the treatment well. After the treatment, there was another scan to show the oil clogs were resolved. Ms Ploy was friendly and professional, there was no hard selling of products or packages. But I decided to get the $500 membership since there was a 10% off the service. I would rather return again for the service.”

“Salon ambience was cosy and peaceful. My stylist Nixie did a fantastic job – I’m usually one to avoid layers due to the hassle of styling and they tend to look awkward when unstyled, but the layers she cut for me are so seamless they still look great even without styling!! With proper styling they look even better of course, im super happy with the result. Do look for her if you want a hairstyle with body but is also low-maintenance 🫶🏻”
