The 5 best name card printing services in Singapore really make a mark!
I’d just bought a sleek new leather wallet for men and realised my old name cards were…less than sleek. Naturally, I went hunting for the best name card printers in Singapore to give my networking game a glow-up.
Let’s be honest: first impressions count, and a crisp, well-designed card says “let’s be friends” better than any LinkedIn invite. Here’s where to get your name printed to give your business and social life a boost.
How much does name card printing cost in Singapore?
In the Lion City, you’ll find standard name card printing running from about S$5 to S$10 for a box of 100 cards with basic paper and single-sided colour.
If you go for colour on both sides, higher GSM stock, laminations, and special finishes (foil, spot UV, or thick card), prices can jump up to S$20 or more for 100 cards, and much more for premium quantities or effects.
1. SingaPrinting

Address: 51 Changi Business Park Central 2, #04-05 The Signature
Contact: +6531582800
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
I needed new name cards to match the gold-and-navy theme of an upcoming networking event, and SingaPrinting came through for me. Their online customisation tool made it easy to upload my design and preview it before committing.
The print quality came out sharp, with colours that popped perfectly, and a matte finish that felt premium. There was none of that flimsy paper nonsense. For around S$18 per 100 cards, I even got free shipping and a small discount for ordering two boxes!
They also offer spot UV, embossing, and foil stamping, which can make name cards stand out in a sea of generic rectangles.
I also liked how their customer service was quick to confirm proofs and fix a typo before printing (a lifesaver, because I misspelt my name, eep).
The only downside? Express printing costs a bit extra if you’re in a rush. But for quality, turnaround, and price, SingaPrinting is worth a spin.
Sharp colour tones and crisp detailing
SingaPrinting did an amazing job with our business cards. Sharp colour tones and crisp detailing, not to mention the excellent customer service and delivery, which was prompt, detailed and without hiccups. Such a pleasure working with the team, and I will be in touch for future prints!

2. EasiTech

Address: 18 Boon Lay Way, Tradehub 21
Contact: +6563030576
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
My diva little sister wanted to order new name cards because she ran out of her old ones…but she wanted the exact same font as the lost ones, saying it’s become her “brand.” (Insert exasperated big-brother eyeroll here.)
Wouldn’t you know it, EasiTech delivered her wishes without a fuss! They let me upload her custom font, produced full-colour offset prints with crisp edges, and got them to us in time for her brand-launch mixer.
The material options were solid, including 260 gsm Artcard start, with upgrade choices for textured or thicker stocks. Aside from accepting the custom font, they offered free paper sample kits so my sister could pick the right feel.
Also, their support team managed to catch and fix a minor margin error prior to printing. If they hadn’t, I’d have been up half the night trying to trim cards and get edges straight.
However, while they offer free delivery in some cases, express turnaround or rush orders can come with added cost or stricter conditions.
Made my job super easy
Looked around at many vendors and all asked the same typical questions. I had to figure out everything on my own and get back to them. Janet at EasiTech was super helpful and easy to deal with. She gave lots of suggestions AND solutions. Made my job super easy. It was like dealing with a one-stop shop. They even managed to find very similar fonts (Chinese Characters) and a picture of what we used to use on our previous namecards and invoice books. Very happy with their service. Highly recommended!

3. Leung Ping Graphic & Printing

Address: 445 Tampines Street 42, #01-08
Contact: +6567882039
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.30 AM–7 PM
My holidays-obsessed mum found herself organising a festive get-together with former work colleagues, and realised her old name cards looked more “last season” than “season’s sparkly.”
I turned to Leung Ping Graphic & Printing, and they got back to me quickly with an online quote and the promise of a fast turnaround. They offered name cards starting at S$33 for 100 pieces…not the cheapest, but worth it for casual event hosts like Mum (and she was paying, not me).
The print quality impressed her. The finish felt clean, the holiday colours were vibrant, and the service team guided us towards a more economical stock without compromising on appearance. They have a wide range of paper stocks (including synthetics), too.
That said, the quoted S$33 base price is still higher than some ultra-budget printers if you skip extras and buy in bulk. Also, if you want premium finishes like foil or a thick card, you’ll likely pay for “fancier” fees not emphasised in the base quote.

They are actually the cheapest
Friendly, fast and actually fairly priced. When I get quotes from other printers, they are actually the cheapest. Good quality print too! I’ve been printing with them for coming a year plus now, I think. Thank you for your service!

4. The Copy Boy

Address: 65 Ubi Rd 1, #03-69 Oxley Bizhub 1
Contact: +6566816520
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM–1 PM, 2–6 PM
I knew I’d be handing out name cards like candy once I became single (again), so I needed a printer offering solid print quality and material options at a sane price. The Copy Boy delivered with full-colour double-sided name cards that made me feel I was advertising myself.
I had options for soft-touch lamination, translucent plastic cards, and even waterproof finishes. Base pricing starts at around S$10 for 100 cards on standard stock, which is something a guy going back on the dating scene with a vengeance can afford.
I give them high scores for design and customisation, too. The website includes online ordering for both digital and offset printing models, lets me upload artwork, request sample card stocks, and choose finishes like spot UV or hot-stamping.
Digital prints are available for smaller runs and offset for higher volumes, which is ideal as I plan to keep future card orders on standby. They shine from a pricing transparency and bulk perspective; they clearly list price tiers along with awesome promos.
But because the base price is so low, calibrate your quality expectations. Extras like thicker stock and special lamination, along with premium finishes, will add cost quietly.
I love the high print quality
Copyboy is an amazing printing company! I had a seamless ordering process with Qing, who was very patient and understanding of our needs. I love the high print quality so much, and I’m looking forward to printing their other products, such as stickers, card holders and self-inking stamps.

The paper quality is really good
Ordered through copyboy recently, and the printing quality with them was fantastic! The colours came out as vibrant as from my screen, the paper quality is really good, I also got a stamp done by them, and the lines were clean and crisp and retained all, if not most, of my design details!

5. Eazy-Printz

Address: 91, #01-70 Bencoolen St, Sunshine Plaza
Contact: +6587985329
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM–7 PM
I was tasked to help my nephew prep a giant stash of name cards for his overseas school trip. My sister (his mum) wanted handmade ones, but the little guy wanted to impress his future foreign friends, so we turned to Eazy-Printz.
Thankfully, they offer budget-friendly pricing (around S$22 for 100 cards), which I said he could pay in drops from his upcoming allowance. We were given a choice of solid paper stocks and no-fuss uploading of his artwork, which made the process hassle-free.
Their design and customisation stools were straightforward. He uploaded a PDF, selected sides and paper finish, and he was good to go.
Turnaround time was decent; he didn’t have the opportunity to fret and throw a tantrum as the parcel arrived just before he was set to leave.
Do note that the base price covers only the standard stock and minimal finishing. If you want thick luxury papers, spot UV, or foil, your options will cost more than the base rate.

I recently used EZ Prints for a large batch of business cards and promotional flyers, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
