If there’s a small catch, it’s Nam Soon not having a 24/7 helpline. Most deck repair companies operate with round-the-clock assistance.
It’s also best to be fast with reserving. A company this sought-after has limited slots to offer, especially since they’re a popular choice for deck installation.

Customer service is where they drop the ball a bit. Sure, you can leave a message any time of day since they’re open 24/7, but not everyone is chuffed with the “unfriendly” staff answering them. Some clients also believe the WhatsApp replies could be faster.
The upside is that most clients view MCL’s after-care as a positive. Rectifying post-job issues typically won’t cost anything.

We say that because plenty rave about their natural finish. Scratches are filled with exacting care, and they often make old decks “look brand new.”
On a brighter note, Joydom’s completion speed is actually first-rate. One-day turnaround seems to be the standard practice.
They’re quite versatile as well. Clients from residential, commercial, and industrial sectors comprise the company’s portfolio.
No need to worry about shopping for materials either; they can supply items for decking, mainly wood.
Just a shame that replies can be inconsistent despite the availability of after-hours support. Both slow and fast accounts were brought up by interviewees.
Worse still are the few instances of no-shows. More than one client moaned about waiting in vain and losing valuable hours.

This all-in-one crew has the biggest service list here, repairing plumbing systems, appliances, doors, windows, and more. Heck, they even double down as one of the best moving specialists out here.
Hiring them purely for deck repairs isn’t a bad idea, just to clarify. Since 2020, they’ve been rectifying issues such as deep cuts, hollows, and wood darkening due to pet urine, with outdoor timber decking as the main focus.
It’s also mostly punctual technicians who’ll drop by your home. Early arrivals, late-night services, and next-day arrangements are quite common.
But the cost of that is a steeper price point. LS Handyman has received criticism for pricing that’s often viewed as four to five times higher than most.
Another issue raised is that a couple of missed calls weren’t returned, which affects their otherwise prompt response history.
