“Kept me updated throughout the process via WhatsApp”

…Rachel was friendly and professional when I walked in to inquire about my computer issue. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly and thoroughly.

What impressed me most was the efficiency of the technical team. They identified the root cause of my computer problem within just four hours and kept me updated throughout the process via WhatsApp. They even sent before-and-after photos and videos of the repair, which gave me great peace of mind.

After the repair was completed, they delivered the computer back to my home before 9 PM the same day, exactly as promised…

“Running 5-20°C cooler than before repair”

Great experience with Pronto Arigato’s friendly staffs and expert technicians. They identified and rectified the issue of my iMac within 1 week. They provide “pickup and deliver” service, which is definitely a plus point for me. The service cost is reasonable, we can pay through PayNow with technician provided video after the repair.

They did some cleaning and reapplied thermal paste to the computer, and now my iMac is running 5-20°C cooler than before the repair!!

I definitely recommend Pronto Arigato for their professionalism and service rendered.

“Very pleasant and honest experience, reasonably priced”

Sent my very old 2018/19 MacBook Air for repair of the motherboard. From diagnosis to offering options for repair and even upgrade, the communication with the staff was pleasant and informative. Both staff who attended to me, Q and another young man, were helpful and polite. They fixed the problem swiftly once I decided on the action. MacBook was only left for 2 days and can be picked up thereafter. Overall, it was a very pleasant and honest experience, reasonably priced, and I will recommend it to others for laptop/computer repairs.

“Ravi was very honest and professional”

…My daughter’s laptop was making a loud noise, so I brought it down for him to check. Ravi opened it up and found that a small sticker had got stuck in the fan. He removed it and fixed the issue on the spot.

“Very honest with his recommendations for repairs”

I know him as Ah Yuan since the days when he was working in Sim Lim. He strikes me as a very patient person with a passion for repairing all computer technical issues. He is very honest with his recommendations for repairs and will not overcharge for his services. Also, he does not even charge for any follow-up problems after repairs, should there be a need. Not someone who works for money but rather a person with a true passion to solve customers’ computer issues!!
