The Best Sales Coaching & Training Centres in Singapore Worth the Investment!

Experience: You’ll only find coaches with over five years of real-world selling and coaching experience here. To verify, profiles, directories, blogs, social media posts, books (when available), and company histories were examined.

Approach: Adaptable, feedback-giving coaches who employ a data-driven and personalised approach were prioritised. Our validation process mainly involved drawing info from interviews, feedback, personal experience, case studies, and forums.

Communication Skills: Our team sat in on classes and interviewed past students to determine whether a coach has the skill to break down and condense a great deal of info in a short time. Staff responsiveness and politeness were also graded.

Personality: Patient, energetic, accountable, empathetic, curious, and passionate coaches stood out. To confirm, we called, attended classes, and conducted interviews.

Pricing: Measurable ROI, transparency, discount availability, and the criteria above were considered while looking at course rates to assess cost-effectiveness.

Proper training matters in just about every line of work, and sales is no exception. Leave your team without guidance, and you’ll be plagued with conversion dips, fuming customers, morale drop, and other company-sinking pitfalls.

The good news is that there are coaching and training centres that specialise in boosting sales performance across the board. Even big bosses can learn a thing or two from them!

Our team sat through seminars and classes to find the best of them in the city. Here are the top sales coaches and training centres in Singapore that we think are worth the investment.

Insightful and practical

Click Academy’s module on Public Relations and Strategic Communication, led by trainer WeiJoo, is highly insightful and practical. WeiJoo’s expertise and engaging teaching style make complex concepts easy to understand and applicable. The school facilities are well-organized, providing a conducive learning environment. The program is structured effectively, blending theory with hands-on activities, ensuring participants gain real-world skills. Reputation-wise, SOCO Sales Training is right up there. Staying open since 1999 and having brands such as HSBC and Spotify as clients certainly doesn’t hurt.

The same applies to their customised and thorough sales training programmes. Specific goals, challenges, and industry requirements often decide what gets taught.

What’s sweet is they’re presented in a hands-on way. Those who’ve attended their workshops know we’re talking about role-playing exercises based on real-world scenarios.

Being highly sought-after comes with downsides, though. You’re up against big players for booking slots.

Some might also struggle with commitment. SOCO’s top courses can run for weeks.

That said, we’re not going to moan about their follow-up support programme, which spans 4–12 weeks after a workshop.

We love that 90-minute virtual sessions are offered too, and that clients may opt for blended or multilingual learning.

Pros

  • Open since 1999
  • Often works with established brands
  • Award-winning
  • Strong international reputation
  • Multilingual and interactive workshops

Cons

  • High demand = limited availability
  • Most courses are lengthy

Outstanding

Kyle from SOCO recently facilitated a Sales Training session for our Regional Sales Teams in Singapore, and it was outstanding. The modules and content flow were perfectly structured, showcasing Kyle’s extensive sales expertise. I particularly appreciated how the role-playing and group activities were tailored to our specific regional challenges. It wasn’t just a generic training; it was highly contextual and immediately applicable to our work.

I would highly recommend SOCO training.

Great mentoring and training session with SOCO Training. Tom understood our challenges from the start and was able to provide a great programme that took us through the various stages of a sales journey from lead qualifications to account management. I personnaly enjoyed revisiting the qualifications methods, the objections handling, the agenda setting and the executive summary mastery. I would highly

 recommend SOCO training.

You’re locking in seasoned coaches by picking the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies (SIRS). The centre has more than 17 years of experience and has trained a whopping 200,000-plus learners!

As for their programmes, most are designed by practitioners informed by both local and global trends. That’s why they have courses on how to leverage AI, photography, videography, and social media.

Customised training solutions can still be arranged, mind you. Most actually go down that route, with many praising the interactive teaching style and “just right” class duration.

The asynchronous and online formats add to the positives, though choosing in-person classes isn’t a bad idea. SIRS’ venues are a stroll from Paya Lebar MRT Station and Yio Chu Kang MRT Station.

Now, if there’s one aspect that needs to change, it’s speed. Their emails, callbacks, updates, and certification delivery have drawn flak for being too sluggish.

Pros

  • Open since 2006
  • Has coached 200,000-plus learners
  • Convenient location
  • Offers government-funded programmes
  • Flexible lesson formats

Cons

  • Occasional slow replies, updates, and cert delivery

Patient, Engaging, and Very Knowledgeable

I completed the TikTok Seller course with Cyrus today and found it very well structured and easy to follow. The lessons were practical and clearly explained, which gave me the confidence and knowledge to start selling on TikTok. Cyrus was patient, engaging, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get started with TikTok Shop.

Managed the Pace of the Workshop Very Well

Cyrus Chung is a patient and engaging trainer who facilitated the 1 day Mobile Photography workshop.

He managed the pace of the workshop very well based on the learners’ needs and ensured that everyone is able to apply the skills he taught before moving to the next topic.

He gave us sufficient time for lunch and released the class early to avoid the lunch crowd.

The slides were designed in bite size content that made it easy for us to grasp the content.

Well done !

Knowles Training Institute has programs galore. They have over 500 courses for corporate development, including those for interpersonal communication, CSR, HR management, and AI use.

Heck, you can even book them for Lunch&Learn, a 60–90-minute, less structured session hosted in a more casual environment! Those we spoke with mentioned it has two main perks: growth without sacrificing time and open communication.

Some areas that need some work are their follow-up game for calls/emails and customer interaction. A few clients waited around three months for a response, while some complained about a certain instructor being condescending.

The upside is that every Knowles trainer comes with industry experience. From what we heard, coaches like Scott teach using an informed, practical, digestible, and engaging material.

Many also found their physical sessions cosy and convenient. Snacks, beverages, and supplementary materials like videos or online courses are included in the courses.

Pros

  • Has over 500 courses for soft and technical skills
  • Offers a casual Lunch&Learn programme
  • Has trained 1,000-plus learners
  • Provides students with bonus online courses
  • Open since 2018

Cons

  • A condescending trainer
  • Some late replies and callbacks

Supportive Environment

Knowles Training Institute has been a valuable experience for me. The organization provided a supportive environment where I was able to learn, grow, and apply my skills meaningfully.

– Thadea Jalandoni, Google Review

Well-Structured

My experience attending a course at Knowles Training Institute was truly outstanding. The training was well-structured, engaging, and highly relevant to real-world applications. The instructor demonstrated deep expertise and created a welcoming environment that encouraged questions, participation, and active learning. What impressed me most was the practical approach of the course—combining theory with hands-on exercises that helped reinforce key concepts. The materials provided were comprehensive and easy to follow, and the support from the staff was prompt and professional throughout. Overall, the course significantly enhanced my skills and confidence, and I would highly recommend Knowles Training Institute to anyone looking to invest in their personal or professional development.

None of the centres here matches Lifeskill Institute in experience. Ever since opening in 1996, they’ve trained over 500,000 individuals across 20-plus countries!

Managers especially like their leadership training and development programme. Learning about the science-backed DISC profiling tool is the benefit most noted.

When asked why, they said it helped them understand themselves, their team’s behaviour, and how different personality types interact. That led to improved communication and collaboration in the long run.

Anyone concerned that it would be boring should put those fears to rest. Team-building is central to Lifeskill’s approach, and the facilitators, chiefly Sarah, have a knack for rapport-building and keeping insightful sessions lively.

Scheduling requires advanced planning, though. This centre is quite popular, even among major names like SOTA and Carousell.

Another downside is the absence of digital training options (which some of these training schools can provide). As hinted, they specialise more in leadership psychology and personality profiling.

Pros

  • Open since 1996
  • Focuses on leadership psychology and personality profiling
  • Strong international reputation
  • Employs science-backed tools
  • Informs through engaging team-building activities

Cons

  • Incredibly high demand
  • Lack of digital training courses

Very Relatable and Practical

Just completed my DISC Certification and it was such an eye-opening experience!

The training helped me understand not just different personality styles, but also my own communication tendencies and blind spots. The case studies and discussions made everything very relatable and practical.

I’m walking away with clearer strategies to engage different stakeholders more effectively. Definitely worth the investment!

Enjoyable and Fun

The trainers, Ian, Terence and May, are engaging and knowledgeable. They provided structural frameworks and good life examples. They are sincere in addressing all the questions we raised. The course is enjoyable and fun. High recommended course.
