A hot date of mine booked a 6 PM reservation to catch the sunset during dinner, and we got the best seats in the house. We tried the degustation menu with wine pairing, and it was worth every dollar (or so he said)!
Sitting on the 57th floor, we watched the sky change from day to night, soaking in unbeatable views the whole time. We enjoyed a warm day with a pleasant breeze, which isn’t surprising when you’re 200 metres up.
Pro-tip: I highly recommend the food, but come hungry. The portions aren’t for light eaters.

We snagged an outdoor table at LAVO with incredible views over the city and bay. But if you’re dining in the air conditioned indoors, you can always step out to the deck for a glimpse of the view and some great photos.
My date and I shared the famous giant meatball that’s more than enough for two. I went with the seafood pasta while my companion enjoyed the fillet mignon, which he said was succulent and juicy.
Pro-tip: Don’t forget to grab a coupon for three hours of free parking.

Pro-tip: If you’re driving to the restaurant, Orchard Central’s car park has a steep slope and few spots per level, but turning left leads to Orchard Gateway, which has more spaces.

The beef tongue we ordered was perfectly cooked, with a flavourful garnish that made each bite a delicious mix of tender and crunchy. The mushroom risotto was packed with flavour from a variety of mushrooms, adding great depth to the dish.
Pro-tip: Head to the dedicated reception at the lobby where you’ll be guided to a private lift that opens to a stunning hallway lined with wines and art.

We went to Artemis for a family birthday and loved the stunning views of the bay. The city skyline is simply mesmerising, especially as the lights start to twinkle at dusk.
We shared the grilled Wagyu and tuna steak and started with the octopus and peach grain salad and everything was delicious. Even the bread was amazing, and the creamy burratina paired perfectly with grilled artichoke and tomato pesto.
Pro-tip: The restaurant can also accommodate wedding and corporate events.
