So I went hunting for the best microneedling services in Singapore that promised smooth skin without turning me into a tomato. Here are the top aesthetic clinics that can deliver glow, not regret, to your skin.

I walked into MODE Aesthetics with one mission: shrink those pores that have been throwing surprise parties on my forehead and cheeks.
The consultation was surprisingly chill. There was no hardsell, just a clear breakdown of the full-face Fractional RF Microneedling (uses driven microneedles with RF energy), and how it targets pore size, skin texture, and ageing.
The microneedling-radiofrequency-heat combo devices are designed to stimulate collagen and tighten pores. My treatments lasted around 20 to 30 minutes after a 30-minute numbing cream, and the redness faded within a couple of days.
It was their pricing for first-timers that caught my attention: the RF microneedling offer starts at S$98 (plus 9% GST) for one session. They also run online deals and e-vouchers (up to S$50 credits!), which makes dropping in less scary for my wallet.
Do note that the ultra-low promo of S$98 is only for first-timers and has strict terms and conditions (location, age 21 and over, and only one redemption), so the full standard pricing may be higher.
Also, while my pores looked noticeably smaller, the improvement is incremental, so expect multiple sessions to hit major change.

I’ve seen a huge improvement
I’ve been going to Ensoul Clinic for almost a year to get treatment for my acne. I’ve seen a huge improvement – extremely little to no acne, marks have mostly faded, and my skin is brighter and clearer. I heard about them first online and booked an appointment with Dr Chiam. He is very patient, going through what is wrong with my skin and explaining to me what sort of targeted treatments I should receive. When my mum crossed the “hello, goodness, you’ve been alive awhile” territory, she wandered into Cutis and came out glowing and with a facial firmness that’s undeniable.
Her consulting doctor explained they used their Secret DUO RF Microneedling with 15 Erbium Glass Laser combo, using medical-grade gold needles up to 3.5 mm in depth, to tackle her wrinkles, pores, and texture.
They pitched it to her as a “minimal downtime, maximum collagen” treatment with promises of smoother skin and fewer visible age markers, so Mum ate it up.
Aside from that, the clinic’s strong points include medical-grade machines, Harvard-trained oversight, and a full skin-health ethos (not just zap and go).
The downside? The high-tech equipment and personalised plan mean it’s pricier than basic microneedling. Her wallet did feel the workout.

I was getting tired of my skin feeling like fine sandpaper, so I showed up at Bio Aesthetic Medispa asking them to rescue me via microneedling. I went through their trial: a 60-minute session, cleansing, numbing cream, microneedling, plus a meso-cocktail.
The setting was definitely spa-meets-clinic, which I found relaxing. Even sweeter, the first-timer special was just S$168, which made me feel safe enough to try it without panicking about the cost.
They emphasised no downtime for their standard version and promised improvement in my skin texture, wrinkles, and pores. I did have to avoid heavy sweating and exercise for 48 hours, but the results (my skin felt more glass-like) are worth it.
I liked that there are two locations, one in Orchard and one in Tampines, which makes it more convenient for me if I need follow-up sessions. And while it’s a relaxing, cosy setting, it doesn’t feel like an overrated spa but a proper clinic with a proper skin treatment menu.
That said, despite the trial price, the full course (they recommend 3 to 6 sessions) will still bring higher cumulative costs and commitment.
