1. Sky Yoga International

Website: https://skyyoga.com.sg/
Address: 256 Tanjong Katong Road
Contact: +65 8054 0697 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM | Saturday to Sunday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pushing through stiffness in a cold room often leaves your muscles feeling tight and uncooperative. You can bypass that entirely at Sky Yoga International, which runs a distinctive Salt Heat Yoga class combining infrared warmth with Himalayan salt panels.
Their heated environment helps you ease into deeper stretches faster while working up a satisfying sweat.
They also have the Tanjong Katong space that caters to busy professionals by opening at 7:30 AM on weekdays. You can comfortably fit in a morning class and use their on-site showers, lockers, and hairdryers before heading to the office.
If you want to mix up your movement routine, they even host mat pilates, barre, and animal flow sessions alongside their traditional yoga offerings.
The main drawback is that weekend hours wrap up at 4:30 PM, so you can’t book an evening session.

2. Spirit Stretch Immersive Yoga

Website: https://spiritstretch.com/
Address: Forum The Shopping Mall, 583 Orchard Road, Office Tower #05-04
Contact: +65 8111 9217 | [email protected]

A friend loved the mirror-free environment at Spirit Stretch Immersive Yoga, where dynamic projections take over the walls instead. You practice surrounded by visuals, scents, and music, pulling your attention away from your physical appearance.
They run small-group sessions, ensuring you get enough personalised attention to understand your alignment. Their Yin Yoga with Sound Bath class merges restorative postures with the deep resonance of singing bowls for a deeply calming experience.
You can also find dedicated beginner tracks covering basic movements, alongside Wheel Yoga, prenatal options, and private therapy sessions.
The catch is that late cancellations within three hours of class cost you a deducted credit or a S$15 fee for unlimited members.

I went from disliking yoga to loving it
Friendly people, a calming atmosphere, and a unique studio with immersive screens instead of the usual wall-to-wall mirrors. They offer a great variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels, including family-friendly and womb care classes for those on an IVF journey. I went from disliking yoga to loving it—the stretching and Myofascial Release classes have helped relieve years of tension in my elbow and improved my joint mobility. The Sound Bath class is also incredibly relaxing after a stressful workday. And they also provide a private event space. Highly recommended!

Spirit Stretch is a refreshingly new idea for a yoga studio
Spirit Stretch is a refreshingly new idea for a yoga studio. The surround projected images immediately brings an uplifting experience. It is a lot better than staring at blank walls. The ventilation is also excellent as other studios I have gone to are often stuffy. The teachers are all very friendly and well versed to teach from beginners to advanced levels. Classes are also different from week to week even for the same class and teacher so it doesn’t feel repetitive.

Great improvement in my flexibility and strength
…I am now attending their regular classes weekly and I have noticed great improvement in my flexibility and strength. The small class sizes not only allow the teachers to dedicate more attention to every student, but also tailor each class to what the students want to focus on.
Aside from yoga classes, Bliss Shala also hosts other workshops and events with the aim of uplifting everyone’s well-being.
I am thankful to Renu, Krisa and Yvonne for their ability to hold space for each and every student that comes through the door.

5. Rudrakshaa Yogashala

Website: https://rudflo.com/
Address: 163 Telok Ayer Street, #03-01
Contact: +65 9199 5009 | [email protected]
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM | Saturday to Sunday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Getting lost in the back row of a massive gym class means nobody corrects your bad posture until it hurts. You get a much more tailored experience at Rudrakshaa Yogashala, where they cap their signature group sessions at just seven participants.
Their intimate setting allows the instructor to focus heavily on your breathing, mindfulness, and precise physical alignment.
Their teaching centers on traditional Hatha Yoga, focusing on deep stretching, mobility, and strength-oriented practices. If you’re struggling with a specific physical hurdle, they offer customised private and therapeutic sessions alongside their regular schedule.
The studio even provides live online Hatha sessions, making it easy to keep up your practice from home.
The obvious trade-off to their seven-person cap is that each signature group session has fewer places than a larger class would.

Authentic, traditional Indian-style yoga
A truly kind, attentive and nurturing teacher offering authentic, traditional Indian-style yoga, exactly what I have been searching for after feeling disconnected from Westernized yoga classes. ✨🧡
Beyond the grounding practice, what stayed with me most was the genuine care shown off the mat.
A true gem of a sanctuary in a heart of the city. ✨
The studio is cosy, which makes the classes feel personal and attentive.

Instructor has great knowledge of yoga
Went to this yoga studio after a friend referred. Studio is quite well maintained. Instructor has great knowledge of yoga and it’s aware of back/ muscle/ nerve issues and recommends poses accordingly. Was intense but felt accomplished at the end. Session ends with meditation. Will try more sessions.
