The Best Trampoline Parks in Singapore Where I Bounce Away My Problems
I know I should deal with my problems like an actual adult—but sometimes, I just want to resort to my favourite “dealing with problems” method as a child. Which means that sometimes, I just go to a trampoline park and bounce away.
It’s super cathartic! The thrill in my blood when I get high enough that I feel like I’m a giant is unparalleled, and when I do a flip mid-air? My heart is ready to burst but in a good way! How can I not forget about my troubles in that state?
If you’d like to feel the same thrill as well, here are some places you can go. These are my favourite trampoline parks in Singapore.
BOUNCE Singapore

- Monday to Thursday—10 am to 8 pm
- Friday—10 am to 9 pm
- Saturday—9 am to 9 pm

If you’re in the Somerset area, stop by BOUNCE Singapore. It’s one of my favourite spots in the neighbourhood!
What I love about this trampoline park is that it’s accessible to beginners. They have Flight Academy, their program that teaches newbies the best trampoline techniques. This is where I learned how to do somersaults, so I can say the lessons are effective.
If you’re serious about pursuing trampoline as a sport, you’re in luck because Flight Academy also offers advanced classes. I haven’t tried them yet, but I hear they’re great and super fun.
Pro Tip: Book the Bounce Freestyle Party to make your special event extra special! This event package already includes your own private room, light snacks, and more.
AMPED Trampoline Park
From: ampedsingapore
Address: 10 Raeburn Prk, Block C, Level 2 02-33
Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday—10 am to 7 pm
Contact Number: +6598238443
Website
AMPED is arguably the first trampoline park in Singapore, and they really go all out. This place has several zones, each one having its own distinct features and range of activities. That’s why I always end up spending several hours just playing here.
Of course, the main play area is the highlight: it consists of 22 interconnected trampolines, making it perfect for people who want to play dodgeball with friends (I highly recommend this).
If you want to try some crazy somersaults, head to the section with the foam pits. That way, even if you don’t land properly, you won’t incur any serious damage at all.
Pro Tips:
- Do you have a child who’s interested in trampoline? You can enroll them in the Amped Champ Trampoline Class!
- You can also host your party here. They have several packages to choose from, so you can book one that best fits your vision.
SuperPark Singapore
Address: 3 Temasek Blvd, #01-488 Suntec City Mall
Operating Hours:
- Monday to Friday—10:30 am to 8 pm
- Saturday and Sunday—9 am to 9 pm
Contact Number: +6562395360

SuperPark Singapore is the kind of recreation centre that attracts all adventure seekers. This place is teeming with so many fun activities, such as skating, basketball, kart racing, and trampoline.
Valo Jump is the trampoline zone, but it’s far from your traditional trampoline. It has digital sensors, so you can play an interactive game where you have to jump at the right time. It’s such a challenge, and I love it.
This place also has a separate trampoline zone for kids. Valo Jump isn’t exactly kid-friendly, so it’s nice that younger trampoline enthusiasts have their own place.
Pro Tip: Host a special party here! Event packages include a private party room, goodie bags, and more. If you’re interested, send an email to [email protected], and make sure you do it at least two weeks before your preferred date.
Amazonia
From: officialamazoniasingapore
Address: 1 Kim Seng Promenade, #03-113 Great World
Operating Hours:
- Sunday to Friday—9:30 am to 7:30 pm
- Saturday—9:30 am to 9 pm
Contact Number: +6568362544
Website
Okay, I admit, Amazonia isn’t a place I personally come to jump on a trampoline to decompress. But that’s because this is an indoor playground for children. So, if you have little ones who love trampolining, this is a good spot for them.
Slam Dunk Fun is the trampoline area, and it’s not your boring kind—it also has a basketball ring! Children can leap high to dunk the ball. My nephews say that it makes them feel like they’re anime characters in a dramatic sports sequence!
Pro Tip: You can host a birthday party for your little one here. The event packages already include a private room and fun party games, but you can also have add-ons like a face painter, magician, mascot, and more.
World of Blocks
From: sanotastic
Address: 200 Pandan Gardens, PeopleUp Hub
Operating Hours: Saturday and Sunday—10 am to 8 pm
Contact Number: +6591006141
Website
I know World of Blocks is another indoor playground, but they don’t have an age limit, so feel free to let your inner kid loose here! (I do recommend coming here with a child, though, so that you won’t feel too much of an oddball.)
My nieces and nephews love playing with the building blocks or sliding down the slides into the ball pit, but personally, I go for the trampoline. Sometimes, the little ones and I play tag or a dodgeball game there, and it’s always such a fun time.
This place also has Mega Air Bubble, which isn’t actually a trampoline, but it’s almost like one because I can bounce on it. It’s so much fun—like jumping on a cloud!
Pro Tip: It’s recommended that you wear anti-slip socks when playing here. If you don’t have a pair, you can buy one over the counter for S$3.

Jumping Singapore isn’t like the other trampoline parks I love to visit. In fact, it’s not even a park or a recreation centre. Instead, it’s a fitness centre where the main form of exercise is jumping on a trampoline!
Visiting this centre actually made me realise that exercise can be fun. I get so easily bored with the usual workout programs, but with the trampoline, all of a sudden, I forget I’m exercising.
It’s also cathartic; by the end of the session, I feel spent and lighter as air. I highly recommend this form of exercise.
Pro Tip: You can host a community or company event here. In particular, it’s perfect for team building.
