Monostudio Beauty Studio & Academy is one of my top recommendations when it comes to affordability. Their main draw is permanent makeup, covering brows, lips, eyeliner, and even scalp micropigmentation.
But what really caught my eye was their skin colour reconstruction service, which helps with uneven tones or scars. Not every studio offers that, so it feels like a niche specialty.
They also make things more accessible with bundled packages, monthly promos, and instalment plans, which are useful if you’re planning more than one treatment.
On the flip side, their policies are strict. You need to put down a non-refundable $20 deposit, and if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your slot is gone. Personally, I think Monostudio is reliable if you’re serious, but you do need to commit.

Lebellbrow Studio at King Albert Park has been around since 2016 and offers a solid range of services. They started off focusing on eyebrow embroidery but now cover a wider range of permanent makeup.
I checked them out because I was curious about their nano-lip embroidery, which gives a natural tint without looking too heavy.
They also do 3D hairline embroidery for people who want a fuller hairline, and even nipple embroidery, which can be very useful for those who need it.
What I like is that they offer no-obligation consultations, so you can ask questions and see if the treatment suits you before committing.
That said, there are some inconveniences. You need to book at least one day in advance, and their replies can take up to 24 hours, especially if you message over the weekend.

I usually try to get the most value out of my money, which is why I ended up at Jo Artysan for my permanent makeup. They offer a good range of services, including eyeliner, lip, and eyebrow embroidery, and even Gentlemen Brows for men.
I went for their lip embroidery and their Artysan Signature Brows. I really like how my brows turned out because the artist used an ultra-fine pen that made them look fuller without being too obvious.
The best part was that my package included complimentary touch-ups, so I didn’t have to pay extra to keep everything looking fresh. They also gave me an eyeliner and lip aftercare kit.
Returning clients get special rates too, so I’m planning to go back when I need a refresh.
The only downsides are that they work strictly by appointment, and weekends or public holidays come with an $80 surcharge.

I checked out Glamour+, the Korean-style beauty studio that’s been getting quite a bit of attention here. They’ve got four outlets around Singapore—Century Square, City Square Mall, Jem, and Punggol Coast Mall—so it’s pretty convenient.
What stood out to me is that they’re actually recognised by the International Beauty and Health General Union of Korea, which gives their services some credibility.
Their 4D Korean eyebrow embroidery and Korean PicoTech micropigmentation brows look quite natural, and the first trial promo at $299 is a decent deal compared to the usual price.
However, they operate strictly by appointment, so no walk-ins, and the staff can be a bit pushy about adding more services.

Their combination brows are one of the highlights, blending micro-strokes with misty shading for a fuller finish. They also do eyeliner, hairline, and lip embroidery, all using organic Korean pigments.
You get one free touch-up within three months, which helps the colour settle nicely. First-timers save $20, and if you book two services on the same day, you’ll get $50 off.
That said, they don’t have a proper online booking system, so calling is the fastest way, and you’ll need a deposit to confirm.
