Retail therapy doesn’t hit anymore these days, so I need to switch to a different coping mechanism. And to my surprise, the one coping mechanism that has stuck is jumping on a trampoline, thanks to an out-on-a-whim visit to BOUNCE Singapore.
With several trampoline areas, BOUNCE makes it easy for me to de-stress. It’s also spacious, so I can jump around or try doing a somersault with no problem. They even have a ninja obstacle course that tests my wits and skills!

Visiting Tips
To ensure you’ll have the best time, keep in mind the following:
- Before your visit, make sure you’ve completed the waiver. You can get the waiver here.
- Wear comfortable clothes. Trampolining can get very intense and rough, so it’s best that you’re wearing clothes that are comfortable and preferably stretchy and/or loose enough to allow extreme movement. BOUNCE-approved grippy socks are also a must. If you don’t have them, you can grab a pair at the counter for S$3.20.
- Book your tickets online. You can buy your tickets at the physical location on the day of, but a spot isn’t guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, you might as well book it online via their website ahead of time.
- Lockers are available. I recommend booking one so that you can keep your valuables safe.
- Keep in mind that you’re not allowed to bring outside food and beverages. But you can bring your own bottle of water.
What to Expect
Free Jump Arena
– From: bouncesingapore
The Free Jump Arena is most likely the first area you’ll come across—and the area you’ll spend the most time in. At least, for me, that was the case.
This arena is absolutely massive and equipped only with trampolines. Here, you’re free to jump and bounce around to your heart’s content!
My favourite thing to do in this arena is freestyle jumping. If I just learned a new somersault, this is my chance to practice it until I’ve perfected it!
Just be mindful of other people here. You won’t want to accidentally knock someone out!
Big Bag
– From: bouncesingapore
If you’re still not that confident with your trampolining skills, then the Big Bag is for you. It’s a massive soft landing spot, so you can practice new crazy tumbles and somersaults without fear of hurting yourself.
This was where I started as a beginner, and it helped me a lot. Even now, I still like coming here because the bag is so soft; it’s like snuggling inside a cloud.
Slam Dunk
– From: bouncesingapore
Bouncing around is fun, but it can get boring when that’s all you’ve been doing. If you’re feeling this, head to Slam Dunk!
Basically, it’s a basketball game, but instead of being on a court with a hardwood floor, you’ll be navigating the trampolines.
The game is actually much more challenging than you would expect; you’ll have to time your jumps right and also control the power. Otherwise, you’ll be flying away from the court, or you barrel into someone else.
Dodgeball
– From: bouncesingapore
I was thrilled to know that you can play dodgeball here. This game was my favourite to play when I was a kid, and now it’s even more fun with the trampolines. I mean, what else is better than leaping away like a bird to avoid the ball?
Plus, the dodgeball area is pretty spacious, so you can even go over the top with your leaps. Sometimes, I whip out a double layout or a double-twisting somersault like I’m Simone Biles. It’s exhilarating!
High Performance
– From: bouncesingapore
If you’re a more experienced trampolinist, then you might like the High Performance zone at BOUNCE.
The trampolines in this section have much more bounce and strength compared to the ones in the Free Jump Arena, allowing you to try more advanced manoeuvres.
I don’t consider myself pro yet, but I have friends who are, and I love watching them practice here. Sometimes, their tumbles and somersaults are so complicated that I can’t help but think I must be watching the Olympics or something!
X-Park
– From: bouncesingapore
An obstacle course with trampolines? Sounds exciting! If you think so too, then you’ll love X-Park!
I like to think of myself as a pretty adventurous and physically fit person, but I admit that X-Park really humbled me. It reminds me that I need to work on my core strength and agility because the number of times I fall from climbing or trip out of nowhere is way too high, and I’m embarrassed.
All the same, X-Park is a fun challenge, and I recommend you try it for yourself!
The Wall
– From: bouncesingapore
The Wall is a section for anyone with a daring spirit. Here, there are vertical walls on the side of the trampoline, allowing you to run along them or do crazy stunts like you’re Tom Cruise in a Mission: Impossible movie!
Admittedly, I’m not confident in my skills to try doing manoeuvres here. But I have watched several other trampolinists doing their thing, and I’m always in awe. They make running along the wall and doing a backflip so high up seem like a piece of cake!
Leap of Faith
– From: bouncesingapore
Leap of Faith is another area that I don’t have the guts to try because I’m a coward and still not that much of a pro.
Basically, in this section, you have to leap from a raised platform to grab a bag that’s suspended up in the air. It’s definitely much harder and scarier than it sounds!
I’ve seen many people leaping and catching the bag here, and every time, I stop breathing in anticipation. It’s always so impressive. Just think about how much strength and power they have!
Programs
Flight Academy
– From: bouncesingapore
If you’ve never done trampolining before but you want to give it a shot, you’ll be delighted to know that BOUNCE Singapore has Flight Academy, their very own program that teaches people how to trampoline.
I learned how to trampoline here, and I can vouch for the quality of the training. I love that the instructors focus on developing the correct form and techniques first before we get to the fun stuff. That foundation helped me in learning new skills by myself.
Another thing I love about Flight Academy is that it’s designed for all levels. So, whether you’re a beginner or an amateur who wants to improve, there’s a class for you here.
Flight Academy Express
– From: bouncesingapore
Flight Academy classes are taught in a group, but if you’re more comfortable with a 1-to-1 coaching arrangement, then Flight Academy Express is for you. This arrangement is also ideal for people who can’t find a Flight Academy class that fits their schedule.
The great thing about Flight Academy Express is that since you’re the only student, the instructor can focus on you alone. And you get to set the pace of your development!
Before you know it, you’ve now mastered the basic somersaults and you’re itching to try the more complex skills!
BOUNCE Holiday Camp
– From: bouncesingapore
Is your child bored out of their mind during school holidays? Then, sending them to BOUNCE Holiday Camp might be the perfect solution!
Essentially, at BOUNCE Holiday Camp, your child will just spend all day trampolining. There will be classes on the basics, but most of their time will most likely go to playing dodgeball with the other kids. Don’t worry, there will always be supervisors watching out for them!
The best part about this camp is that it’s open to children as young as three years old! It’s never too early to get into trampolining, it seems like.
Groups and Parties
– From: bouncesingapore
If you’re having a birthday soon or some other special event with loved ones, why not host it here at BOUNCE Singapore?
If you host a party here, you’ll be able to enjoy fun perks like access to your own private room, goodie bags with snacks and other merchandise, and—of course—two hours of playtime at any of the areas! You can also have food like pizza and cookies!
Oh, and the special event doesn’t have to be a birthday or a family gathering. It’s also possible to host a team-building event. What a great way to bond with your co-workers!
