As a long-time fan of both dinosaurs and Gardens By the Bay, I can’t wait for Jurassic World: The Experience to hit the Cloud Forest this May 29, 2025! If you’ve ever wanted to walk among the giants and lush greenery, this is your shot!
The Cloud Forest Will Roar to Life

Step into the Cloud Forest to be instantly transported to the age of dinosaurs. Right at the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a towering 8.5-foot Brachiosaurus surrounded by mist and ferns (that’s like being beside a modest HBD building).
It’s not just for show, either. You’ll come across other Jurassic icons like the Tyrannosaurus Rex and a few familiar carnivores, all brought to life with realistic animatronics.
Interactive Highlights for All Ages

There’s more than just big dinosaurs. Kids and adults can interact with adorable baby dinos in the Petting Zoo area, which I predict will be a crowd favourite.
Along the pathways, you’ll meet cheeky little Compsognathus hiding in plain sight, like you’re in a dino scavenger hunt.
Also unique to this event is the Evolution Walk inside Cloud Forest. This trail takes you to ancient plant species predating dinosaurs, which shows how the Earth’s ecosystems evolved long before the age of giants.
It’s a solid addition for anyone curious about prehistoric life beyond just the animals. For me, it’s as close as it gets to stepping into the movies.

If you’re a fan of the Jurassic World films like me, you’ll spot iconic scenes recreated with animatronics and special effects. These aren’t just static displays, as they’re immersive, moving, and paired with sound effects straight from the franchise!
The experience isn’t just a visual spectacle, either. It’s designed to teach, especially young visitors, how plants, climate, and dinosaurs interacted in prehistoric ecosystems.
Cloud Forest’s climate-controlled dome simulates a tropical highland rainforest, making it an ideal setting for understanding the real environments that once existed millions of years ago.
