The 5 Best Golf Shops in Singapore for Quali-Tee Equipment

Wide range of golf gear - We looked for shops offering everything from beginner sets to pro-level clubs and apparel, so you don’t have to hop between shops.

Knowledgeable staff - Are there staff who actually play, can recommend gear based on your skill level, and not just push pricey brands?

Club fitting services - A proper fitting helps match clubs to your swing, improving accuracy and comfort.

Demo and trial options - We prefer shops that let you test clubs or offer simulator bays so you know how the equipment feels before buying.

I still remember my first swing with a shiny new driver from a local golf shop. It felt like I was levelling up my entire game!

For me, these shops are treasure troves for anyone serious about the sport. They make gearing up half the fun! If you want to have a gander at their gear, these are some of the best ones worth a look.

How much do golf shops in Singapore usually charge for equipment and gear?

Most golf shops in Singapore charge S$20 to S$50 for smaller items like balls, gloves, or tees, and S$300 to S$1,500 for clubs, depending on the brand and model.

Full sets and premium gear can easily exceed S$2,000, while basic beginner sets typically range from S$500 to S$800.

I’ve come to regard MST Golf Super Store at City Square Mall as a true playground for golfers. I’m always happy to see premium club brands like Titleist, TaylorMade, and Callaway, as well as starter sets.

The prices here are wide-ranging, with basic gear starting at around S$30 and S$1,000 for high-end irons and drivers. But the big win for me is the shop’s club fitting services, with stimulators and trained staff helping me find the perfect match for my swing.

I can also get apparel and accessories here, with golf shoes, gloves, and bags from Nike, Adidas, and Ping all under one roof. I like that it saves me a trip from chasing down different golf gear across the island.

The staff at this outlet know their stuff, offering useful advice without overselling. I can also find promotions and bundle deals that make upgrading my gear less painful on the wallet.

The downside? The store can get crowded, especially on weekends, and not all trial bays are always available. Premium items also skew pricey, so budget shoppers may feel limited.

Pros

  • Comprehensive selection
  • Professional club fitting
  • Regular promos
  • One-stop convenience

Cons

  • Premium pricing on some gear
  • Weekend crowds

No push selling or upselling

A lot of different products, good prices and promos across many brands. Got some great advice from Travis for the purchase of my putter. No push selling or upselling. Kept it in my budget. Very satisfied. Will come back for future purchases.

One of my favourite one-stop golf shops in Singapore

One of my favourite one-stop golf shops in Singapore. I especially like the city square Branch, as it is still central but also not too crowded on weekdays. Can do my shopping in peace and take my time in this expansive golf shop. It’s truly a golfer’s paradise. Was pleasantly served by Jessica, Mark Macrae, who gave tips and knowledge on clubs and shafts and fittings. And William, who did the regripping of my clubs. Cheers, and I will see you guys again soon.

OneGolf is a boutique-style golf shop that packs a serious punch in its selection. You can find top brands like Titleist, Mizuno, and TaylorMade lining its shelves.

The store also specialises in custom club fitting, using launch monitors and swing analysis to dial in the perfect setup for the client. Prices here range from S$50 for accessories to well over S$1,500 for fitted drivers and irons.

I find its apparel selection sleek, offering performance wear and shoes from Nike and FootJoy. It’s practically a one-stop shop with accessories like rangefinders, gloves, and premium balls for sale.

What sets OneGolf apart is its expertise. The staff are golfers themselves, which shows in the pro advice they give. They also host demo sessions to let you test new releases before committing.

However, the store space is limited, so the variety can’t match that of bigger chains. Pricing leans premium, as well, which may not suit golfers hunting for discounted deals.

Pros

  • Knowledgeable staff
  • Premium brand lineup
  • Custom fitting expertise
  • Hands-on demo sessions

Cons

  • Smaller store space
  • High price point

I find its pricing competitive, with accessories starting at S$20 and quality clubs from brands like Ping and Callaway available at fair market rates. It’s a good spot if you’re looking to stretch your dollar without compromising performance.

The shop also offers club repair and regripping services, which come in handy when I don’t feel like splashing out on a new set. I also find the staff approachable and practical, who give me tips on what works rather than what’s trendy.

The store caters well to both casual and seasoned golfers, so it’s versatile for different budgets and skill levels. Regulars like me often return here for the consistency of service and product availability.

That said, the selection isn’t as extensive as bigger chains, so you may not find the latest releases. The shop also feels more functional than flashy, which might underwhelm golfers who enjoy a high-tech shopping experience.

  • Practical, helpful staff

Cons

  • Limited variety

Farand is very accommodating

What can I say, 8 clubs in an hour. Farand is very accommodating. I initially told him that I would be there at 9 pm, but the gym took longer, so I came by at 9:30 pm instead. This boy has no fuss, a full smile and went on straight to recommend some grips and presto… all done in less than an hour. Highly recommended. Check out his pricing, too.

They have many grip choices

Great service, regripped my irons with Farand. They have many grip choices, and shared detailed info on the pros and cons of each grip type. Took 2 hours to regrip 7 clubs, and prices were very affordable. Highly recommended.

The shop shines in club fitting, using advanced launch monitors to match equipment precisely to your swing. The prices range from S$40 for accessories to over S$2,000 for custom-fitted sets.

As for its apparel and footwear lineup, I find it pretty sharp, with brands like Adidas and FootJoy for golfers who care about both comfort and style. There are also ample stocks of rangefinders, gloves, and premium golf balls.

Service here is a strong point, with patient staff who can walk you through fittings and gear choices. They also organise demo days to test out new releases.

The only issue I have with Avaday is that it leans heavily on high-end products, leaving budget shoppers with fewer options. The space is also limited, so stock turnover can be quick, and certain items sell out fast.

Pros

  • Premium brand mix
  • Advanced fittings
  • Stylish apparel range
  • Demo opportunities

Cons

  • High-end, pricier focus
  • Quick stock turnover

Highly accommodating during my personal fitting

I had an excellent experience with JY. He was highly accommodating during my personal fitting, demonstrating great patience, a polished skill set, and meticulous attention to detail throughout the process. In my view, he is the best fitter in Singapore,

The club fitting here is first-rate, with stimulators and staff who understand how to fine-tune gear for every swing. I find the pricing varies, from smaller accessories costing S$20, and high-end sets setting you back over S$2,000.

Its apparel section is just as strong; I often go here when I want my get-up to be extra-styled on the greens. There’s a good selection of gloves, golf wear, shoes, and bags from Adidas, Nike, and FootJoy that even non-golfers like to purchase.

There’s a facility on site to test a range of options

Excellent customer service by experienced sales staff, Andy Yip, who gave good, balanced advice on a selection of Irons. Greatly appreciated his patience throughout the decision-making process, as well as having the facility on site to test a range of options. Was served by staff, TC, at the payment desk, who highlighted and patiently explained the current promotions and MST membership benefits. Highly recommend MST Scotts Square as a one-stop place for golfing needs.

Excellent customer service

I recently had the pleasure of receiving assistance from one of your sellers (TC Lim) while purchasing a golf driver. I was initially hesitant about which brand would suit my swing and budget. TC took the time to explain the details thoroughly and helped me choose the perfect driver. His advice was invaluable, and his friendly demeanour made the entire experience enjoyable. Thanks to his guidance, I am confident in my purchase and excited to hit the course. Excellent customer service like this is truly commendable.
